Welcome to [Artist/Studio Name]. By accessing this website and purchasing my artwork, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Ownership: All artwork, sketches, images, and content on this website are the sole property of [Artist Name].
The "Original Art" Rule: When you purchase an original sketch or painting, you own the physical object. However, I retain all copyrights to the artwork. You may not reproduce, scan, or sell prints of the artwork without my express written permission.
Commercial Use: Use of my art for commercial purposes (advertising, logos, etc.) requires a separate licensing agreement.
Pieces including the mention "Study Work" are not eligible for purchase. These are based on previously existing art and I do not own the copyrights for them. They are displayed on my website as a demonstration of my skills and I will always do my best to provide credit to the original artist.

Agreement to Buy: By completing the checkout process or confirming a commission via email, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase.
Pricing: I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors on the website will be corrected as soon as they are found.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via Wix-approved third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

Process: For custom sketches and paintings, a separate deposit may be required before work begins.
Approval: Clients will have the opportunity to approve a final digital preview of the work before shipping.
Cancellations: Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced to cover the cost of materials and time.

Shipping terms are governed by my Shipping Policy. As noted there, shipping costs are calculated individually to ensure the best protection for your art. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Original Art: Due to the unique and fragile nature of original sketches and paintings, all sales are final.
Damaged Goods: If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me at info@signedbyla.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork so I can assist you with a claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, SignedbyLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of any artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
