Refund Policy

Original Artwork & Commissions

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and the time-intensive process of creating original sketches and commissioned paintings, all sales of original and custom artwork are final. These pieces are unique to the artist’s vision or specifically tailored to your request; therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items

Your art is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your piece is damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact me at info@signedbyla.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the condition of the exterior packaging.

  • I will work closely with you to resolve the issue, which may include a professional repair, a replacement (for prints/reproductions), or an insurance claim.

Cancellations

  • Commissions: Once the deposit is paid and work has commenced, commissions cannot be cancelled.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: If you change your mind shortly after purchasing a ready-to-ship item, please email me immediately. If the item has not yet been processed for shipping, a cancellation may be possible.
